DualEx Energy International Inc. has appointed Mr. Robb Thompson to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Thompson is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of diverse experience, including being a partner at KPMG LLP and holding several senior management positions in the oil and gas sector, and will chair the Company's Audit Committee.

"Robb brings a substantial set of skills and expertise to our board, with broad experience in the oil and gas industry, in particular the accounting, regulatory and financial reporting requirements of junior public companies, both domestic and international, and further increases the board's independence," said DualEx President & CEO Garry Hides.
