2014 will be the year for oil and gas for Morocco. With the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) announcing up to ten offshore exploration wells to be implemented in the coming months, twice as many as in the last ten years, there is no doubt Moroccan reserves and assets position the country as a major African oil and gas hub.
The Morocco Oil & Gas 2014 Summit, organised in collaboration with the ONHYM and sponsored by the key players of the industry such as Chevron, Kosmos Energy, Gulfsands Petroleum, Galp Energia, Clifford Chance, Ernst & Young, Dolphin Geophysical, GPS Intl, Sotaserv and PwC, will be the first platform dedicated to Morocco to assess the resources of the country and understand the key points for its hydrocarbon future.
