Cub Energy declares director resignation

Cub Energy Inc. says that Richard 'Dick' K. Stoneburner has informed the Board that he has resigned as Director of the Company effective today.

Mikhail Afendikov, Chairman and CEO said,'We thank Dick for contributions to our Board and Company. We wish him well.'
