CNR International (U.K.) Limited and Trelleborg Viking AS Norway Signs Frame Agreement

CNR International (U.K.) Limited and Trelleborg Viking AS Norway have entered into a Frame Agreement covering “piping upgrade services”.

Trelleborg Viking AS will use their ELASTOPIPE™ system to upgrade deluge-piping systems on CNR assets in the North Sea. The frame agreement also includes pipe penetration seals manufactured by Trelleborg Viking AS. The first replacements covered by this frame agreement are already planned.

The frame agreement is another international breakthrough for Trelleborg Viking AS and their ELASTOPIPE™ system and is an important contribution to secure the current employment at Trelleborg Viking’s factory in Krokstadelva, Norway, which employs about 200 people.

The Frame agreement is valid until 31st December 2009.
