Solenis will increase prices on all its polymer chemical product lines across the EMEA region, effective immediately or as customer contracts allow. The price of emulsion and powder polymer products will increase by up to EUR 0.10 Euros per kilogram, varying by product and country.
“These increases are necessary due to the significant increase in key raw material costs such as propylene, naphtha and acrylonitrile, combined with other inflationary cost pressures associated with energy and transportation. We are unable to absorb the impact of the increased costs that we are currently experiencing but we will continue to work in partnership with our customers to help mitigate the increases,” says Francois Proudhon, vice president EMEA, Industrial Water Technologies.
“Solenis remains committed to controlling costs through process improvements to deliver high value, innovative solutions that our customers have come to expect,” says Ludwig Krapsch, vice president EMEA, Pulp and Paper.
