Otto Olsen has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares of GS Hydro AS. GS Hydro Norge will continue to operate as it has in the past, but the goal is to merge into Otto Olsen AS during the course of 208.
GS Hydro provides hoses, pipes and other equipment for hydraulic systems original supplier of non-welded pipe systems.
The GS Hydro product line is a good match with the range that offered by Otto Olsen, a total supplier of products such as seals, rubber, hoses, plastic and transmission products. The merger of the businesses will provide clients with access to a large selection of diverse products from one source and make it possible for Otto Olsen to continue to be a strong, local provider to the Norwegian market.
