Self-propelled jack-up rig promoter Seajacks International Ltd. has won an ExxonMobil contract offshore Canada for bringing in an accommodations liftboat.

ExxonMobil is expanding the Sable project offshore Nova Scotia in work that starts in May 2009.

The Seajacks Kraken is being built at Lamprell yard in Dubai and is on schedule for delivery in February 2009.

The Bermuda-based Seajacks’ liftboats were originally envisioned doing well intervention and platform maintenance in the North Sea.
