Century Energy says that Brian McBeath has joined the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. McBeath is currently the President and CEO of the Corporation. Jimmy McCarroll, Chairman of the Board, said "the Board looks forward to adding a Director with Mr. McBeath's business experience and expertise in the oil and gas sector.

The Company announces the resignation of Cory Kent as a director. The management and board thank Mr. Kent for his efforts and wish him success in his future endeavors.

The Corporation also announces that it has granted 1,650,000 stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan to directors, officers, consultants, and employees. These options have an exercise price of $0.10, vest over 18 months and have a five year term to expiry.
