Calfrac Well Services Ltd. says that, at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 12, 2015, each of the seven nominees proposed as a director and listed in its management information circular dated April 2, 2015 were elected as directors: •Fernando Aguilar •Kevin R. Baker •James S. Blair •Gregory S. Fletcher •Lorne A. Gartner •Ronald P. Mathison •Douglas R. Ramsay
