Bristow Helicopters achieves record number of flying hours-Spotlight

Bristow Helicopters has won a contract to supply shuttle services between the Prosafe accommodation rig Safe Caledonia and the Franklin platform in the Central North Sea for Total E&P.

The company will operate morning and evening shuttles using an offshore-based AS332L Super Puma helicopter.

The Total contract began in April and is initially for a four-month period. However, the contract has options to extend the requirement until December 2009.
