BNK Petroleum Inc. announce the closing of its previously announced bought-deal, short form prospectus offering (the "Offering") through a syndicate of underwriters led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and including GMP Securities L.P., TD Securities Inc., and Cormark Securities Inc.
Pursuant to the Offering the Company issued 15,910,000 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of $2.20 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $35,002,000.
