Atwood Richmond-2

Rooster Petroleum has commenced drilling of the Rooster #A-3 Well. It is the first well to be drilled by the Company on Eugene Island Block 28. The planned total vertical depth of the well is 12,500 ft and is expected to take 30-40 days to drill and complete. The current infrastructure currently located on Block 28 should allow for all production to be available for market immediately after hook up of the well.

The well is being drilled using the Atwood Richmond semisubmersible rig which is owned by Atwood Oceanics, Inc. Rooster Petroleum awarded a contract to Applied Drilling Technology, Inc. to drill the well on a turnkey basis.

Eugene Island Block 28 is a prolific oil and gas producing block located in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Louisiana. The Rooster #A-3 Well will test the up-dip attic potential of the Tex W sand that currently produces from the Rooster #A-2 ST1. It is anticipated that the completed well which will be operated by Rooster Petroleum will have an initial production rate of over 600 BOPD and 1.2 MMCFD. If the Rooster #A-3 Well is successful, additional development is planned for Block 28.

Rooster Petroleum, LLC, a subsidiary of Morrison Energy Group, seeks to acquire and operate mature oil and gas properties primarily located in the Gulf of Mexico and adjacent waters and exploit and explore for remaining reserves while managing their ultimate decommissioning. Morrison Energy Group, operating through its subsidiary Chet Morrison Contractors, L.L.C. also provides construction services, including pipeline, diving, well services, ship repair, fabrication, and construction both inland and offshore. The Company's vision in conducting integrated, safe solutions throughout the life of the project has brought it to the forefront as a principal participant in the oil and gas arena.
