Archer Petroleum declares resignation of Director

Archer Petroleum Corp. says that Joanne Yan has resigned from the Board due to time constraints effective immediately.

"I would like to thank Joanne for her contribution to Archer, and we look forward to continuing to work with her in an advisory role in the future," said Colin Bowkett, President.
