Aquatic Engineering & Construction Ltd, an Acteon company, will host the next Aberdeen International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) meeting on Thursday 11 September 2014, beginning at 08:00, at its Aberdeen headquarters.

The meeting is open to all IACCM members and will have a limited number of places for non-members who may be considering joining the association. Jenny Bamford, Aquatic’s vice president commercial, will reprise the topic she recently presented at the IACCM European Forum in Copenhagen, Denmark. Diane Kilkenny, IACCM’s director, Europe & Africa, will deliver the keynote address and discuss why commercial development at grassroots level is strategically important for the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen. She will also present the results of the Top Terms in Negotiation, the most negotiated terms as found in the recent research, trends and the impact they will have on negotiations over the coming years.
