AOR Group has opened the company’s Africa Head Office branch in Cape Town, South Africa, from where the company will rent and sell DNV 2.7-1 and EN 12079 Certified Offshore CCUs into the East and West Africa regions, both through its own offices as well as through its Partners and Territory Representatives.

Africa Offshore Rentals has appointed Mr. Ashley F. Smith as General Manager – Sub-Saharan Africa, and Mr. John Carinus as Operations Manager – Sub-Saharan Africa to head up the company in Africa.

Mr. Eirik Ellingsen, CEO of AOR Group, stated ‘the opening of Africa Offshore Rentals in Cape Town represents an important step forward for the group’s expansion into key areas worldwide where our clients have expressed a demand for our equipment. Setting up our Head Office in Cape Town gives us the flexibility to service both the East and West Coasts of Africa at short notice”.
