The deadline for conference and seminar theatre abstracts for All-Energy 2014, the UK’s largest renewable energy exhibition and conference (Aberdeen, Wednesday 21 – Thursday 22 May), has been extended until 6 January 2014.
“We have had a highly encouraging number of ideas for entire sessions and individual presentations for All-Energy 2014, but fully appreciate that the autumn is a hectic time for all the sectors that make up the renewable energy industry, and have had had countless requests to keep the Call open longer, particularly in view of the Coalition Government’s promises for more clarity on policy by the end of the year,” says All-Energy’s co-creator, Judith Patten, whose role includes organising the conference on behalf of Reed Exhibitions. “So, Monday 6 January is the new deadline for submissions.” Details of the call for papers can be found at www.all-energy.co.uk/conference.
One new conference-allied element for All-Energy 2014 will be a two day share fair featuring supply chain oriented presentations followed by timed one-to-one meetings in a specially designated area of the show floor.
Two associated events, taking place on the afternoon of Tuesday 20 May have already been programmed – one on the Atlantic Power Cluster Transnational Seminar, and the other on Root Cause Analysis, a topic close to many engineers’ hearts; others are in the planning stage.
