Aleator Energy Limited has accepted the resignation of Mr Wal Muir from the position of CEO, effective immediately. Mr Muir's resignation coincides with the sale of the Company's Ukraine assets and the ongoing strategic shift to the telecommunication sector through the acquisition of Vonex Limited.

Mr Muir joined the Company following its acquisition of the Povorotnoye Gas field in Crimea to guide the Company through the development phase of the project. The Board wishes to thank Mr Muir for his significant contribution to the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
