Global oil and gas service company AGR will celebrate drilling its 40th well in Africa at the 21st Africa Oil Week in Cape Town this week (3-7 November 2014).
The Norway-headquartered company, which last year celebrated its 500th well project around the world, has sent its biggest team yet to Africa to mark this milestone.
AGR has worked in all major hydrocarbon areas across the Continent, including Egypt, Tunisia, Mauritania, Senegal, Republic of Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Tanzania. The company has also managed deepwater drilling operations in the Mediterranean and is currently drilling offshore Morocco and Benin.
