Agility Group has reached an agreement to sell Agility Projects to Wood Group for a total consideration of NOK 1,008m (approximately USD 164m). The transaction is subject to certain conditions like competition approval in Norway, and completion is expected August 31st 2014.

Agility Projects has become a strong Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Installation and Commissioning company in Agility Group. Agility Projects has built trust with core clients like Statoil, Samsung, Wood Group as well as rig and FPSO owners in Norway and China and has secured an order backlog of more than 1.5 BNOK by 30.06.2014.
