Adding high-grade competences to their portfolio of system sales allows MBT GmbH, MacArtney Germany, to generate a wider field of activity in terms of geographical market coverage in Germany.
MBT GmbH has acquired Bremen-based CPU GmbH, provider of equipment for underwater technical systems, as of 1 April 2016. Representing a profound commitment to fully support the challenging underwater technology market in Germany, MacArtney expand their business to strengthen their system sales capacity.
CPU GmbH remains an independent entity with Christoph Reuter carrying on his job as Managing Director of the company. CPU GmbH will relocate to the Innovation and Technology Centre of the University of Bremen and will keep their current name during a transition phase.
MacArtney motivate their acquisition of CPU with their desire and ambition to create further growth and development thus contributing to continued successful business activities as a supplier of underwater technology systems locally as well as internationally.
