3sun Group is delighted to support James Hall, income stream manager for 3sun Academy, in his recently appointed role as Regional Chair for ECITB.

The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) provides professional advice, information, skills development and qualifications to help individuals within engineering construction succeed in their chosen careers.

Working closely with industry employers, its training programmes and vocational qualifications support the assurance of competence in practical craft and technician occupations as well as technical, supervisory, design and project management skills.

Graham Hacon, CEO of 3sun Group, said: “James’ appointment as Regional Chair will continue to strengthen our relationship with ECITB and we are proud that he can share his expertise in addition to his very busy role at 3sun Academy. All of our apprentice technicians have come via an ECITB programme, which is testimony to its guarantee to provide a competent and site ready work force.
