Horizon Energy Corporation has signed an agreement with South Texas-based T-JAY EXPLORATION, LLC, to evaluate several oil and natural gas prospects. The leases are located in the south Texas counties of Victoria and San Patricio. The agreement with T-JAY is the third in Horizon's ongoing efforts to identify prospective opportunities for the exploration, development and production of domestic oil and gas.
