Transocean Ltd. Says that the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX) approved the company's application to delist its shares. The SIX delisting is effective March 31, 2016, with the last trading day scheduled for March 30, 2016.
Transocean remains incorporated in Switzerland and the company's shares will continue to be listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
