ConocoPhillips, BP Announce West Sak Heavy Oil Expansion

ConocoPhillips and BP announced Tuesday there plans for the largest-ever heavy oil development program in Alaska. This program will increase West Sak oil field production to approximately 45,000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) by 2007.
