Nighthawk says that on January 18, 2016, the Company received formal notification from the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission ('COGCC') that the Company's hearing for approval of its water flood project has been moved from 26 January 2016 to 7-8 March 2016.
The continuance was made in order to allow the commission staff more time for further review of the information submitted, for the Company to submit a final plan of development and to allow for a response by the parties contesting the application.
