New Standard Energy Limited advises that Mr David Hansen-Knarhoi has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately. The Board would like to thank Mr Hansen-Knarhoi for his dedication and service since 2011 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Joint Company Secretary Mr Mark Clements will continue with New Standard as the sole Company Secretary.
