The inaugural Global Oil&Gas Black Sea and Mediterranean Conference and Exhibition, took place in Athens, Greece. Officially supported by the Greek Ministry of Reconstruction of Production, Environment and Energy, the event attracted more than 30 speakers and 550 attendees. Among them, 11 countries were represented through either NOCsor by Ministries.
Over 200 delegates took part on the first day of the conference with insightful presentations from key industry professionals focusing on the latest hydrocarbons activity and developments in the Black Sea, East Med, Ionian and Aegean Seas. Discussions highlighted the huge potential of hydrocarbon resources in the region, the technical challenges facing the industry today and the need for international players to deliver results.
