PDi acquired by Tattva International Holdings Pte Limited

Aberdeen headquartered engineering consultancy Project Development International Ltd (PDi), declared it is under new ownership following an acquisition by Tattva International Holdings Pte Limited.

The acquisition sees Tattva International Pte Limited take full ownership of all PDi assets from the Ceona Group which is currently in administration.
