Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd. announced that the nominees listed in the Corporation's Information Circular dated April 9, 2014 were elected as directors of the Corporation at its annual general meeting held May 15, 2014.

By resolution the following six nominees were elected as directors of the Corporation to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results were as follows:

In addition, Painted Pony is pleased to announce that the directors have appointed Peter Williams as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Williams is a well-known, experienced, and respected member of the Calgary and Canadian energy industry.
