PetroRio, the new brand of HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A., says that, at a Board of Directors meeting, its members registered the resignation of Mr. Milton Romeu Franke from the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. José Carlos de Araújo Pedrosa is accumulating the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Commercial and Business Development Officer.
The Company's Executive Board will now be composed of the following members: José Carlos de Araújo Pedrosa, CEO and Commercial and Business Development Officer, Guilherme Marques, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, and Ricardo Wagner, Chief Legal Officer.
