European Energy A/S has together with a partner signed a conditional agreement concerning the sale of a wind farm in Germany with a total capacity of 12MW. Buyer of the wind park is envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG, a German utility company.
The wind farm is located close to Cottbus and consists of 5 Nordex 2,4 MW wind turbines installed on 141 m hybrid towers. The wind farm is under construction and is expected to be grid connected in Q2 2016 at which time the main condition precedent for the Buyer's take-over of the wind farm will be satisfied.
